Now when I pondered on where to start a blog I found that the best place must just be with your thoughts.. So here we go...
TODAY:
Commit to constantly strengthening your willpower!
This can be done by consciously staying focused on personal excellence to continuously attain satisfactory levels of success* -whatever that looks like for you as it is unique to every individual.
An important factor in developing the discipline required to execute your desired lifestyle is the ability to
refuse the temptation to give into negatives. [Use the maturing willpower you've created for yourself to refrain from going against your gut or knowing something is harmful for you and doing it anyway.]
If u do falter, however, to recover quickly and with minimal loss, it's important that you immediately
"deny denial"
This means first having the courage to admit the choices you have previously made contrary to the guidance of your instincts and second, accepting the consequences that were caused by such actions.
Since what's been done is done and the past has passed, we can only now acknowledge the need for change in order to improve our stamina in preparation of our future encounters with stimuli that promotes destructive behavior.
The next step in "
denying denial" is to forgive yourself and re-commit to your goals of doing what you know is best for your own life.
We create every antagonistic seduction we see through our own thought process.
See your thoughts in your mind like you would clothes in a closet.
The same as you decide cohesive pieces to be put together when making attractive outfits, choosing what you want to wear that day depending on what you're doing or who you are going to see; you're in charge of emotional "style" and how you allow the enviroment your in or activies your doing influence the way you feel.
Understand that similarly to ones wardrobe, you have collected thoughts over the years and ways of thinking throughout th course of your life which you now presently use out of either habit or choice.
You have the power to dictate what you want to think depending on how you want to feel at any given moment!
You are also in charge of what is in your closet of thoughts. Do the choices of your past still fit you today? Do the options you've been giving yourself need revamping, is it time to give your ideas a make over?
You're the boss so you have all the power.
TODAY is the time to take charge! Then enjoy being in love with who you are and
claim your cred when you both look and feel outstanding by your own will!
It is a law of life that we get out of anything the same as the efforts we put in*
Give to get. because you get your give.
This concept supports an assurance that we are bound to achieve any and all dreams we may each have for our own life's purpose as long as we keep working to improve our abilities, gain more knowledge, take responsibility for lives & keep believing- w/o a doubt- in ourselves!
